ANTENNAS AMERICA, INC. is a diversified company that designs, develops and manufactures unique antenna solutions for the rapidly expanding wireless communications industry. The company also provides custom antenna designs and manufacturing for Original Equipment Manufacturers (O.E.M.) and other emerging wireless communications markets.

MAJOR PRODUCTS:
ANTM currently produces antennas for use in cellular communications, GPS, GSM, CDPD, wireless internet and LAN, and UHF/VHF/HDTV applications. The antennas have several different forms depending on the application and range from postage sized internal micro-strip antennas for handheld remote devices to disguised decal cellular antennas for vehicle use and low profile outdoor UHF/VHF antennas for off-air TV use.

Antennas America has a fast growing customer base including OEM and branded contracts with several Fortune 500 companies including Thomson Consumer Electronics (RCA), Jasco (GE), Lojack Vehicle Security Systems, and others.
Antenna America manufactures and markets a wide range of unique and patented antenna products and solutions. These products include several planar array flat antennas for indoor and outdoor home and vehicle use as well as conformal antennas designed for smaller applications such as radios and wireless computer networking devices.

Antennas America currently owns 5 patents with 3 other patents pending.

Antennas America reported that sales for the third quarter ended Sept. 30,'99 increased 90% to $1,531,866 compared to $807,560 in the previous year's third quarter. Nine month sales rose to $3,195,345 compared to $2,224,112 in the same period a year ago. The company recorded a non-cash, non-recurring valuation allowance expense of $389,000 against a previously recorded deferred tax asset which resulted in a third quarter loss of $397,532 vs a profit of $19,347 a year ago.

Randall P. Marx, CEO, commented, "We are very pleased with the revenue growth we have achieved over the last two quarters. Achieving this growth is particularly rewarding for the Antennas America team as the increase was accomplished in all phases of the business with particular emphasis on local TV antenna solutions manufactured by the Company under the RCA and GE brand names for Thomson Consumer Electronics and Jasco Products, Inc., respectively."
