DISCLOSURE

There won't be a long write up about the companies selected for my subscribers over the past 18 years.

I, Russ Klein, editor, was formerly a Registered Rep. with an OTC firm in Milwaukee, WI. After moving to Florida, I was a small cap analyst with an OTC firm in Ft. Lauderdale. I became a Registered Investment Advisor (SEC registered) in August 1981, just to write my advisory letter. In 1991 I retired from full time work and moved to SC where I continued writing my letter on a full time basis but no longer as a Registered Investment Advisor. I discontinued writing the newsletter in Sept. 1999. I therefore, cannot and do not give any advice on BUY, SELL, etc.

The companies listed in my report are only some selected and presented as "SUGGESTIONS" for your further research. I write enough information to pique your interest to do some further checking.

"Russ Reports" was the first to call the BULL MARKET in May 1982. Told subscribers to sell their profitable stocks before Oct. 1987.
"Russ Reports" was rated number 13 in 1987, out of approx. 5000 newsletters, magazines and papers (including Wall St. Journal, Barrons, Forbes and others) by Security Traders Handbook in a survey for the top 50 financial publications with newest investment ideas.
"Russ Reports" also headed their "Hall of Fame" because our stock pick went up 300% in only six months time.

IT SHOULD NOT BE ASSUMED THAT ISSUES PRESENTED WILL BE PROFITABLE OR THAT THEY WILL EQUAL THE PERFORMANCE OF ISSUES PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED.

The following Disclosure pertains to writings on the Home Page PRIOR to August 10, 1999. There is no company that compensates this editor after that date in any way. NO MONEY, NO STOCK, NOTHING-NADA!!

Editor has retired from the Newsletter writing business after almost 19 years which is a long long time. Editor retired for no other reason than being a little tired of all of the pressure of getting out a 12 page newsletter and it is a fact that the Internet is now providing an ample amount of information for FREE.

Evidence my Home page: It is FREE!

PLEASE NOTE! Prior to August 1, 1999, some of the companies mentioned on this page or any other page of this Internet Home Page have paid for subscription to the Hard Copy of "Russ Reports" and therefore can be construed to have paid a fee for inclusion in the Home Page on the Internet.
However, NONE of the companies mentioned in the Home Page or in Russ Reports Hard Copy of the newsletter were ever notified that they were being selected to be included on the Russ Reports newsletter. These companies only were aware of their inclusion on Russ Reports AFTER the report was mailed to subscribers. A copy of the Russ Reports was mailed to the companies that appeared on Pages 2,3,4 approximately one week to 10 days after the Russ Reports was mailed to subscribers. Russ Reports only then contacted the companies and offered an inclusion on the Home Page to those companies that subscribed to Russ Reports newsletter.

Companies paid up to $144.00 per year (12 issues) for their subscription. NOW, that is a GROSS payment!! The NET to Russ Reports is approximately one-half of that amount per year. There is no other form of compensation paid to Russ Reports by any company or person.

I have been accused of trying to deceive readers by not previously disclosing that some companies were subscribers. Do you really think that the paltry sum of $144.00 (GROSS) is worth deceiving anyone? It has never been my intent to deceive.

I hope the above disclosure is CLEAR and conveys the message that this editor is not receiving compensation of any kind for his work on this Home page or for the inclusion of any company on this Home Page after the date of August 1, 1999.
